Detailed Description

Telescoping 2M/220/440 MHz antenna. 1/4-wave (2M); 5/8-wave (220 MHz); 5/8 & 1/4-wave (440 MHz). Tuned ducks show a 3db gain over other rubber ducks because they are impedance matched for Hts. Rated at 50 Watts and has a SMA connector. Each Smiley antenna is individually tuned to resonance at the band center (no ground plane, no radials). Theyre manufactured from the finest heat-treated copper plated spring steel coils. Cold rubber compound is used for coil insulation with a PVC heat-shrink coating applied for strength and endurance.
