Automatic bandswitching with a single coax feed. Uses 1/4- wave stubs on 6, 10, 12 and 17 meters and efficient end loading coil and capacity hats on 15, 20, 30 and 40 meters. Instead of typical lossy can traps, the AV-640 resonators are placed in parallel not in series and end loading of the lower HF bands allows efficient operation with a manageable antenna height. An effective counter poise system replaces conventional ground radials. Mounts easily on decks and roofs.
