D-Star 2M Repeater Computer Interface

Detailed Description

The DV Access Point connects you to the D-Star Network using a 2M D-Star radio without being in range of a D-Star repeater that is on the gateway. The DVAPTool software runs on a 1.6+ GHz CPU PC running Windows XP/Vista/7 or Linux, or an Intel CPU based Mac running OS X with a USB port and high speed internet. The DV-AP has a 10mW 2M transceiver that gives you about 100 yard range with the supplied SMA antenna. You can extend the range using a higher gain outside antenna.
