Has all the features of the 259B, plus 415 to 470 MHz coverage.

A CoaxCalculator feature calculates coax length in feet given coax length in electrical degrees and vice versa, and any velocity factor. Measures Complex Impedance SWR and loss of coax from 10 to over 600. You can ensure your antenna system is giving you top performance by using an MFJ SWR Analyzer. They're completely portable test stations, featuring a Frequency Counter, RF signal generator, SWR Analyzer, RF Resistance and Reactance Analyzer, Coax Analyzer, Capacitance/Inductance Meter and more. You can take it to the antenna and just one reading will allow you to make quick tuning adjustments on the spot. Simple Operation - just connect the feed line, set the bandswitch and tune the dial. All information is clearly displayed on the large, easy-to-read, two-line LCD screen and side-by-side meters on the 259B/269. When tuning transmission lines or making up phasing harnesses for stacking antennas, you can quickly determine exact 1/4 or 1/2 wavelengths. Determine the velocity factor, coax cable loss, length of coax and distance to a short or open in coaxial cable. Read SWR, return loss and reflection coefficient at any frequency simultaneously, or inductance and capacitance at RF frequencies at a glance.

Powered by (10) AA Alkaline or Ni-Cad/Ni-MH rechargeable internal batteries (not included), or 110V with the MFJ-1312D adapter. There is a built-in charger circuit that requires external 12V DC or the 1312D adapter.
